Shandong Dacheng Automotive Radiator Co.,Ltd. specializes in aftermarket radiators and cooling system products for passenger vehicles,heavy-duty trucks,commercial vehicles,and construction equipment. With radiator manufacturing experience dating back to the 1970s,Dacheng developed its first reinforced Double-Tube Root radiator in 2008.
Our Double-Tube Root structure strengthens the critical tube-to-header joint,helping reduce fatigue cracking and leakage caused by extreme heat,vibration,high pressure,rough roads,and continuous heavy loads. This design can extend radiator service life by more than 100% in demanding applications.
Dacheng operates a 25,000 m² self-owned factory with fully in-house production,including core manufacturing,brazing,plastic tank injection molding,testing,packaging,and warehousing. We have tooling for 200+ vehicle models and support custom development based on OE numbers,samples,drawings,photos,or core dimensions.
